Rich, an individual of great significance, was born on February 15, 1956, within the confines of the prestigious Camp Pendleton Marine Base. As an only child, he was showered with attention and care, growing up amidst the tranquil surroundings of Lakewood, California. His early years were marked by a blend of local education and occasional visits to the esteemed Signal Hill military academy.
Upon completing his high school education, Rich embarked on a new chapter in his life, enrolling at California State University, Fullerton. His academic pursuits were soon followed by a deeper exploration of his creative side, as he delved into the world of acting under the guidance of renowned instructors James Best, Jack Lucarelli, and Brenda Hillhouse at the James Best Theater Center.
Later, Rich further honed his craft by studying with the accomplished Peggy Feury and Bill Traylor at the prestigious Loft Theater. His dedication to his craft has been a constant theme throughout his life, and he has been blessed with a loving family to support him along the way.
Rich has been married to the lovely Lori Turner since 1985, and together they have three beautiful children and three delightful grandchildren.
