Robert Alda's illustrious career in the entertainment industry began with a stint in vaudeville, showcasing his talents as a singer-dancer to audiences. Although his film career experienced a slight downturn following his impressive debut, Robert Alda found greater success on the Broadway stage. He appeared in numerous productions, including the highly acclaimed "Guys and Dolls" and "What Makes Sammy Run".
As the 1960s approached, Robert Alda made the decision to settle in Rome, Italy, where he would go on to appear in a plethora of Italian and European films over the next 15 years.
