Robert Shepherd, a dedicated professional, has spent his life pursuing his passion for acting. Born and raised on a farm in southern Missouri, he was instilled with a strong sense of values and discipline from a young age. After completing his college education, Shepherd embarked on a career as an elementary school teacher, utilizing his exceptional communication skills to shape young minds.
However, his true calling lay in the world of acting. As a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, Shepherd served his country with distinction, completing over 20 years of service. Despite the demands of his military career, he continued to nurture his love for the performing arts, appearing in numerous local community theater productions, including iconic plays such as 1776, The Four Poster, and Oklahoma.
Upon retiring from the Army, Shepherd was finally able to dedicate himself full-time to his acting career. He has since appeared in a wide range of TV, industrial films, and motion pictures, showcasing his remarkable versatility as a performer. Some of his most notable roles include Evan Almighty, Dean Teaster's Ghost Town, and Book of Ruth.
Today, Shepherd resides in Virginia with his loving wife, Marcia, and continues to pursue his dream of bringing characters to life on the big and small screens.
