Sachin, a talented individual, was born in Edmonton, Canada, and grew up with a deep fascination for the world of theatre, Hollywood films, and television. This early exposure to the art of acting instilled in him a profound passion for learning everything there is to know about the craft. As a child, whenever someone would ask him what he wanted to be when he grew up, his response was always unwavering: "actor".
Sachin's education was a top priority for his hardworking Indian immigrant parents, who sought to create a stable future for their son. In return, Sachin made a promise to attend university, with the understanding that he would be able to chart his own career path afterwards. He was deeply grateful for their support, which enabled him to enroll at the University of Alberta, where he earned a degree in Psychology. However, Sachin's true intention was to take advantage of the theatre electives offered on the side, allowing him to nurture his acting ambitions.
Upon graduating, Sachin wasted no time in pursuing his dream of becoming a professional actor. His perseverance paid off, as he soon landed guest roles on several popular TV shows, including CW's "Supergirl", "Supernatural", and "Arrow", as well as FOX's "X-Files". These early opportunities ultimately led to his casting in the pilot episode of "The 100", where he played the role of Dr. Eric Jackson, a character he continues to portray to this day, seven years later.
