Born into an artistic family, Saša Jr. shares a familial connection with his younger brother Václav Rašilov, who also embarked on a career in acting, echoing the creative endeavors of their relatives. Moreover, their grandfather, Saša Rašilov senior, was an accomplished actor, originally named Wenzel Rasch, who left a lasting legacy in the world of entertainment.

His initial nuptials were to the talented actress Vanda Hybnerová, with whom he shares a pair of lovely daughters, Antonia and Josefina Rašilovová.
