Sebastian Stan, a talented individual, was born on August 13, 1982, in Constanta, Romania. At the tender age of eight, he relocated with his mother to Vienna, Austria, and then, at the age of 12, made the transition to New York City. Stan's academic pursuits led him to the Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts, where he honed his craft. Additionally, he spent a year at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London, further refining his acting abilities.
As he returned to New York, Stan began to build his professional portfolio, landing roles in various projects, including Law & Order (1990),Tony & Tina's Wedding (2004),and Red Doors (2005). Upon completing his education, he took on the role of Martin Waters in The Architect (2006),followed by Chase Collins in The Covenant (2006). In 2007, Stan collaborated with Eric Bogosian on the theater play "The Talk" and began playing Carter Baizen in Gossip Girl (2007).

He has since continued to portray Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier in Captain America: Civil War (2016),Black Panther (2018),and Avengers: Infinity War (2018).
