Shawntay Dalon, a remarkable individual, was born to her devoted parents, Elijah and Marie, who, unfortunately, are no longer with us. This loving family of nine children, consisting of five sisters and two brothers, grew up on the east side of Detroit, Michigan, fostering a strong sense of community and unity among its members.
Shawntay's formative years were deeply rooted in the esteemed Finney High School, a prestigious institution that held a special place in her heart. The school's hallowed halls, where she received her secondary education, held a profound significance for Shawntay, as it was also the alma mater of her childhood idol, the late Aaliyah, a legendary figure whose talent and charisma left an indelible mark on the entertainment industry.
Following her graduation from Finney High School, Shawntay embarked on a new chapter in her academic journey at Wayne State University, a renowned institution of higher learning where she pursued her passion for the performing arts by majoring in Speech Communications and Theater.
