Steve's early life was marked by a unique cultural blend, born in Mexico to an Austrian father and a Greek American mother. His father's profession as the promoter of the Harlem Globetrotters led to a nomadic childhood, with the family relocating frequently between Mexico and the United States. This upbringing allowed Steve to grow up with a deep understanding of both cultures, ultimately enabling him to become perfectly bilingual.
This linguistic duality proved to be a valuable asset in his professional endeavors, as he was able to successfully navigate and thrive in both markets. Steve's early years were filled with athletic pursuits, as he pursued a professional soccer career in Mexico, culminating in a league championship in 1978.
In addition to his athletic accomplishments, Steve is also an advanced martial artist. His skills in this field earned him a first-place finish in the national championships, which in turn led to a spot on the national team that competed in the world championships in Denmark in 1983.
After settling back in the United States, Steve continued to compete in martial arts tournaments and also began auditioning for acting roles. He landed lead parts in two Latin soap operas and leveraged his fight experience to choreograph and perform complex fight sequences alongside the lead actors.
Throughout his life, Steve has demonstrated a relentless drive to improve and excel in all aspects of his endeavors. He continues to strive for perfection, always seeking to be the best at what he does.
