Tad Atkinson embarked on his acting journey at the tender age of six, and has been unstoppable ever since! Prior to his illustrious career, he received tutelage under the guidance of the renowned Hollywood and Broadway director, Joshua Logan, who is famously known for his work on South Pacific and Mr. Roberts.
Throughout his extensive theatrical career, Atkinson has effortlessly transitioned between diverse roles, effortlessly navigating the gamut of romantic leads, comic characters, and even villains. The array of materials he has performed is equally impressive, ranging from the classical works of Shakespeare to premiering original creations. By the time he relocated to Hollywood to pursue a film career, Atkinson had amassed an impressive portfolio of over 90 performance and technical credits.
Academically, Atkinson attended Taylor University, where he majored in English, and later went on to achieve a Master's degree. He also completed the coursework for a PhD in British Literature at Ball State University. His academic credentials have served him well, as he has taught college-level courses and even held the esteemed position of Director of Drama at Fort Wayne Christian School.
Fast-forward to 2004, when Atkinson made the bold decision to pursue acting as a full-time career, relocating to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams. He has since honed his craft under the guidance of respected instructors Richard Waterhouse and Joel Colman, further solidifying his position as a talented and versatile actor.
