During his time at Oxford, he showcased his athletic prowess, earning a prestigious blue in rugby union, specifically scoring 11 points in the 1999 Varsity Match against Cambridge University, resulting in a thrilling 16-13 victory.
Throughout his career, Tobias has predominantly worked in the theatre, accumulating an impressive array of credits. His notable performances include starring in adaptations of Great Expectations, Merry Wives of Windsor alongside esteemed actors Judi Dench, Simon Callow, and Alistair McGowan, Twelfth Night, and The Comedy of Errors for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
