Victor Alfieri, a native of Rome, was raised by his mother, grandparents, and aunt, spending his summers working in his grandfather's restaurant. He used his natural talent for writing to create his own sketch comedy act, entertaining his classmates and earning the title of "class clown."
At the age of 15, Alfieri's life took a tragic turn when he lost his grandfather, and his uncle Jerry Ross became his father figure, introducing him to the world of boxing and entertainment. Alfieri followed in his uncle's footsteps, gracing the covers of several Italian magazines, known as fotoromanzi.
In 1991, a brutal encounter with three muggers left Alfieri with more than 56 stitches on his face, cutting short his career. During the same year, he joined the Italian Police Force until 1994, when he quit and decided to pursue a career in Hollywood. Packing his bags, Alfieri moved to Los Angeles, much to the surprise of his relatives back in Italy.
With his striking good looks, versatile gift for comedy and drama, and sexy accent, Alfieri quickly landed work as an actor, appearing in various television spots and securing two contract roles on daytime TV shows, including Days of Our Lives and The Bold and the Beautiful.
Since leaving daytime television, Alfieri has been making a name for himself both in the States and abroad. He gained international attention for his role as the handsome and sensitive gigolo in The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone, opposite Helen Mirren and Anne Bancroft.
Internationally, Alfieri completed two high-profile European productions back-to-back, playing the lead role of Darius, the gladiator, in Pompei, ieri, oggi, domani, an epic love story produced by DeAngelis Productions. Prior to that, he starred in the popular mini-series Elisa di Rivombrosa, a classic period piece based on the literary masterpiece 'Pamela' written by Samuel Richardson. Alfieri played the role of Zanni La Morte, a sword-wielding assassin.
Victor will next be seen in a supporting role in THINKFilms' My Sexiest Year, a coming-of-age dramedy set in the 70s, starring Frankie Muniz and Harvey Keitel. The film is set for release in 2008, in which he portrays Fabrizio Contini, a playboy competing for the affections of Amber Valletta.

In 2007, Alfieri opened his own production company, producing and directing his first short film "J.E.S.," a horror/suspense/mystery shot in an ancient village outside Rome.
In 2008, Victor will also be seen in his first lead role in an American production, My Father's Will, a love story shot in New York City, starring Ione Skye, Ron Silver, and Talia Shire.
