Sunder Srivastava, a young graduate, dreams of fulfilling his father's wish to start a school on their half-acre property. His childhood friend Prem convinces him to mortgage the land and fly to Dubai for a teaching job. However, Sunder arrives in Bombay to find Prem gone, and he gets robbed of his belongings. Desperate, Sunder wanders into an old cemetery where he meets the ghost of Amar Kumar, a notorious crime don seeking revenge against his killers. Marco promises Sunder a job and a place to stay in return for his help.
