Twelve years after a boy killed his parents in an abandoned hotel, a group of teenagers visit the same location, unaware of the dark history. They take a lift with the local sheriff, but instead of hiking, they head to the hotel, where they find it in disarray. As they prepare to camp in the woods, they fall prey to the traps of an eremite hunter and are hunted down by a creepy serial killer.
