In a world where the Internet has connected everything, a massive portion of the population is afflicted with Nerve Attenuation Syndrome. A young man with an implanted memory chip is tasked with transporting crucial data from Beijing to Newark, but he's pursued by Pharmakom Industries and the Yakuza, who want to steal the information. Meanwhile, a low-tech group led by J-Bone is racing to crack the code and download a cure for NAS, which the young man unwittingly carries.
