CBI Officer Akram Sheikh is closing in on three Pakistan-backed arms dealers, Ali, Abbas, and Laila. When he disrupts one of their deals, the brothers join forces with a corrupt scientist to steal a deadly virus and take hostages at the Elphinstone Jail resort. With no choice, Sheikh teams up with Rachit, a former associate and escape artist from the same jail, to rescue the hostages and take down the villains.
