Tony Montana, a Cuban refugee, leaves his homeland during the Mariel exodus and finds himself in a Florida refugee camp. He and his friend Manny devise a plan to gain a green card by undertaking a contract killing. Tony becomes a loyal employee of drug dealer Frank Lopez, showcasing his skills in a botched deal with Colombian drug dealers.
