In Salt Lake City, Utah, two anarchist punks, Stevo and Heroin Bob, struggle to fit in among the conservative community. Despite their rebellious nature, they decide to waste their potential and continue partying after graduating from college. However, as Stevo's father pushes him to attend Harvard Law, Heroin Bob gets a girlfriend, and his doubts about his beliefs grow, Stevo begins to question whether he's truly committed to his anarchic lifestyle or just pretending to be something he's not.
