Franklin, a beloved Peanuts character, navigates making new friends as his family moves due to his dad's military job. He finds comfort in his grandfather's advice-filled notebook and tries to fit in with the Peanuts gang. When he learns about the Soap Box Derby race, he's convinced winning will bring new friends, and finds a partner in Charlie Brown. As they build a car and work together, their friendship grows, but pressure mounts as the race approaches. Can they make it to the finish line?
