A stagecoach speeds through Wyoming's winter landscape, carrying bounty hunter John Ruth and his captive Daisy Domergue to Red Rock, where Ruth will collect his reward. Along the way, they encounter other travelers, including a notorious bounty hunter and a man claiming to be the new sheriff, seeking refuge at Minnie's Haberdashery during a blizzard. However, upon arrival, they discover that the other occupants of the haberdashery are not what they seem, and their chances of reaching Red Rock seem uncertain.
