In a desperate attempt to escape his mundane life, Shinichi dons a homemade zebra costume to become "Zebraman", a makeshift superhero. Despite the TV series being cancelled, he continues to indulge in his fantasy, finding himself face-to-face with a formidable green-skinned villain.
