Two thieves with good hearts, Sunil and Vijay, are bitter enemies due to their constant clashes over stolen loot. They often find themselves in prison together, where they're forced to come up with a new plan. This time, they target the son of a wealthy businessman, Bittoo Mathur, and pose as teachers at his school, adopting new identities. The game is on as they compete to see who can successfully abduct Bittoo.
