Henry II, a sequel to the original Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, follows Henry's life after the events of the first film. He takes a job at a port-o-john company and meets a husband-and-wife duo, Kai and Cricket, who offer him a room in their home. Henry learns about Kai's side job as an arsonist-for-hire and joins him, committing murders with Kai. Initially, they work well together, but as the killing sprees escalate, Kai becomes overwhelmed and wants to leave, but is too deeply involved.
