A young koala named Ozzie is kidnapped and taken to Happy Toys, where the president plans to clone him into talking pets. However, during a plane ride, Ozzie is accidentally left behind by his captors and ends up in the backpack of an 8-year-old boy named Justin. This leads to a wild chase as the president tries to retrieve Ozzie, ultimately resulting in a surprising twist that topples her from power.
