Casper, a friendly ghost, is unhappy living with his uncles, the Ghostly Trio, who make him do chores and mistreat him. He meets Wendy, a kind witch, and her aunts, who are on the run from an evil warlock, Desmond Spellman. The two become friends and devise a plan to make their relatives, ghosts and witches, pair up. However, Desmond arrives and seeks to destroy Wendy. Casper must gather the courage to convince his uncles to help him save Wendy and her aunts from Desmond's evil plans.
