First Blood

A former Green Beret launches a courageous fight against a corrupt Sheriff and his deputies in a tense and action-packed showdown in the mountains.

A former US Special Forces soldier, John J. Rambo, haunted by his Vietnam experiences, arrives in Hope, Washington to visit a friend, but his encounter with Sheriff William Teasel sparks a violent outburst. After being arrested and escaping from county jail, Rambo goes on a rampage through the forest, pursued by the sheriff's department, while his commanding officer, Colonel Samuel Trautman, tries to intervene and prevent a deadly confrontation.
