In a post-attack New York City neighborhood known as "Slime City", a group of homeless individuals are transformed into grotesque slime creatures after consuming a mysterious elixir and yogurt. As they become driven to murder, they are possessed by the spirits of a cult that committed suicide years prior. Meanwhile, a greedy developer hires mercenaries to eliminate the homeless population, leading to a bloody battle between the slime creatures, mercenaries, and cannibals.
