A lone cowboy named Hoppy faces off against a ruthless gang of outlaws, using intimidation to dominate the local ranches, and sets out to put an end to their nefarious plans.

In the western thriller, Maxson and Trimble orchestrate a sinister plot to intimidate ranchers off their land, concealing the valuable oil reserves beneath the surface. When they stumble upon a wounded lawyer named Corwin, Hoppy assumes his identity to uncover the truth, but his ruse is soon exposed by Sam Nolan, who recognizes Hoppy and puts an end to the masquerade.
