Ralph, a Bad Guy, yearns to be loved like his game's perfect hero, Fix-It Felix. He sees a chance at heroism with the arrival of a new game featuring tough Sergeant Calhoun, and sneaks in to win a medal. However, his plan goes awry, unleashing a deadly enemy that threatens the arcade. With help from Vanellope, a young glitch from a cart racing game, Ralph must learn to be a Good Guy to save the arcade before it's too late.
