The sequel follows Ho as he's initially reluctant to infiltrate his former gang to gather evidence for his release from prison. However, he eventually agrees when his younger brother Kit, a police officer, takes on the task. In New York, Ken Gor, twin brother of Mark Gor from the original film, provides shelter to the gang's boss, who has fled after the gang is taken over by a more ruthless leadership.
