Famed French actress Maria Enders, who rose to fame two decades ago in the play and movie "Maloja Snake", is set to reprise her role as Helena in the London revival. However, she initially declines due to personal reasons, including a painful divorce and the suicide of the original Helena. After the playwright's unexpected death, Maria reconsiders and accepts the role.
