In the Pacific Northwest, a secret facility at Universal BioTech laboratory is breached, releasing venomous vipers into the peaceful island of Eden Cove. The CEO, Burton, seeks out Dr. Vera Collins, who's researching breast cancer treatment using the vipers' venom. As the vipers wreak havoc on the island, newcomer Cal Taylor, a former army veteran, leads a group of survivors in a desperate bid to stop the deadly creatures and uncover the sinister plans of Burton and his chief of security, John Staffen.
