Cedric De Souza, a talented individual, hails from Nairobi, Kenya, where he was born to Tony De Souza, a former resident of Calangute, and Bridget De Souza, a former resident of Navelim. Following his education at Westgate-On-Sea, Kent, UK, Cedric returned to Nairobi, where he began his professional journey at the Donovan Maule Theatre. In 2006, he relocated to Vancouver, BC, Canada, while his parents settled in Toronto, ON, Canada.
Cedric's screen career commenced as early as 2002, with a made-for-television film. He went on to make recurring appearances on several notable series, including Cold Squad (1998),Human Cargo (2004),Earthsea (2004),and Da Vinci's Inquest (1998). Although television series have been the primary platform for his work, Cedric has also appeared in films. One of his most notable film appearances was in 2004, when he shared the screen with action star Vin Diesel in the sci-fi fantasy action film The Chronicles of Riddick (2004).
In the 2010s, Cedric made a recurring appearance on the highly-popular television series Once Upon a Time (2011),portraying the fairy tale Sultan from the "Aladdin" story.
