Thirty years after the release of THE TOXIC AVENGER, Mark Torgl resurfaces at a horror-fan Cosplay convention, only to be abducted by masked gunmen. Chaos erupts as rumors spread about toxic waste on the original film's set, linked to deaths, heightened sexual stimulation, and Mark's disfigurement. Mark is rescued by fanatics, but Lloyd Kaufman, the film's mastermind, goes missing. Mark realizes the abductors are after the toxic oasis in New Jersey and must get there before they do.
