Notorious criminal Pasha takes in a young boy named Kishan after his parents' death, teaching him to further their criminal ends. Years later, Pasha is arrested thanks to Retired IGP Shrikanth Mathur's testimony. Pasha instructs Kishan, now known as Jackie, to threaten Shrikanth and try to revoke his testimony, but Jackie abducts Shrikanth's daughter Radha instead.
