In 1993, a series of 14 blasts rocked Mumbai, changing the city's image forever. Despite solving the case within two days, Kabir Shroff felt guilty that the mastermind, Omar Hafeez, and his accomplice, Bilal, had escaped. Years later, a team led by DCP Veer Sooryavanshi tracked down Riyaz Hafeez, Omar's son, in Jaisalmer, but his arrest shook the underworld, prompting Omar to ask Bilal to return to India.
