Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck's feuding ways continue as Daffy decides to leave the Studio, aided by Warner Bros.' Vice President of Comedy Kate Houghton. Daffy forms an unlikely alliance with DJ Drake, a security guard and aspiring stunt man, after DJ discovers his famous father, a suave international spy, has been kidnapped by the villainous Mr. Chairman of the Acme Corporation. The duo embarks on a mission to rescue DJ's father and retrieve the powerful Blue Monkey Diamond before the Acme stooges do. Meanwhile, Kate and Bugs follow them, as the studio wants Daffy back to work as Bugs' comic foil.
