Undercover FBI Agent Gracie Hart, a by-the-books agent, is in trouble after a mistake in a case. She's assigned to go undercover as a beauty pageant contestant to catch a terrorist targeting the Miss United States pageant. Despite her mannish demeanor, she's forced to transform into a credible contestant with the help of a former coach. As she gets to know the other contestants, she discovers another sinister element and must protect them.
