This time, Pumpkinhead is possessed by the spirit of a deformed orphan who was brutally killed 30 years prior. The entity unleashes a gruesome killing spree targeting its tormentors and the teenagers, while a determined sheriff investigates the murders and attempts to put an end to the carnage.
