In the Queens rail yards, corruption and greed thrive as contractors vie for lucrative subway car repair contracts. After his release from prison, Leo Handler finds himself caught in a web of deceit, as his aunt's husband, Frank Olchin, is embroiled in a bitter battle with a minority-owned firm. When his friend Willie, Frank's bag man, enlists Leo as his backup, things take a deadly turn. As a cop closes in on Leo, he must navigate a treacherous landscape to protect himself and those he cares about.
