A vengeful former operative hunts down those behind his family's downfall, as his former protégé, now an FBI agent, tries to capture him before he's caught by the law or rival gangs.

A lone vigilante, Colonel Robert Sikes, wages war on crime in his city, targeting street gangs, mobsters, and corrupt politicians with ruthless determination. However, his former protégé, William Porter, joins forces with the police to stop Sikes and put an end to his violent crusade.
