A former CIA agent, Matt Hunter, is targeted by a terrorist, Rostov, who seeks revenge for being spared from death years earlier. As Rostov wreaks havoc across the country, Hunter, who is approached by his former employers to take down the terrorist, decides to take matters into his own hands. With Rostov's army of hundreds at his disposal, Hunter must use his skills to stop the destruction and bring the terrorist to justice.
