As Nick watches a car race at McKinley Speedway, he experiences a premonition of a devastating car crash that will claim many lives, including those in the audience. Convinced of the impending disaster, Nick persuades his girlfriend Lori, friends Hunt and Janet, and a few others, including a security guard named George, to leave the speedway. Just as they depart, Nick's premonition becomes a chilling reality. As the survivors begin to fall victim to Death, Nick, his friends, and George embark on a desperate quest to find the remaining survivors and save them before it's too late.
