Aidan Gillett, a talented Australian actor and stunt performer, hails from the picturesque town of Katoomba, nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountains, New South Wales. With a passion for the performing arts, Gillett embarked on his acting journey at the tender age of 18, subsequently auditioning for and securing a spot at the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art.
Four years later, in 2007, Gillett graduated from NIDA with a Bachelor's degree in Dramatic Art Acting, proudly joining the institution's esteemed alumni. This marked the beginning of his illustrious career, which has since seen him appear in a wide range of mediums, including television, film, commercials, and theatre.
In 2015, Gillett achieved a remarkable milestone, becoming a graded Stunt Performer with the Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance (MEAA). This achievement solidified his position as one of the select few NIDA graduates to have achieved this distinction, with a specialization in driving, fighting, and stunt roles that require the delivery of dialogue.
