Biography

Alexis is a multifaceted actor and creative professional residing in New York City, with a career spanning over a decade in both Theatre and Film/TV since 2009.

Throughout her illustrious career, Alexis has had the privilege of developing and originating several roles, including the critically acclaimed Alana Beck in Dear Evan Hansen, Lottie Adams in Harbor, for which she received the 2013 CT Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Debut, and Lexi Jones in the NBC drama Rise.

Alexis has also been an integral part of numerous theatrical developmental workshops, showcasing her talent and versatility in productions such as Beetlejuice, The Band's Visit, Dear Evan Hansen, and most recently, It's Kind of a Funny Story.

In addition to her on-screen accomplishments, Alexis is also a creative force behind her own projects, including the short horror film Boyhoarder, which she produced and stars in, and the upcoming drama series ERIC on Netflix, where she will be playing the role of Raya.

When not performing on stage or screen, Alexis enjoys collaborating and developing her own cabarets and performance pieces, most notably debuting Alexis Molnar sings the Fiona Apple Songbook at Don't Tell Mama NYC. Her extensive performance credits include appearances at renowned venues such as Joe's Pub, 54 Below, The Green Room 42, and many others.
