Amelia's life story begins in Baltimore, Maryland, where she was born into a family of writers, setting the stage for her own creative endeavors from a young age. Despite her passion for acting, her parents had other plans for her future, and she was not permitted to pursue a professional acting career until after completing her college education.
During this time, Amelia sought to hone her craft by attending The Baltimore School For the Arts, where she honed her skills and laid the groundwork for her future success. Her hard work and dedication paid off when she was accepted into the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater.
Following her graduation, Amelia landed a significant role Off-Broadway in Neil Labute's critically acclaimed production of The Distance From Here, which earned the ensemble a Drama Desk Award. This milestone marked the beginning of a long and successful career in both theater and television.
When she is not busy with her acting endeavors, Amelia can be found working on her first screenplay, a project that has been in the works for some time. In her free time, she also enjoys practicing yoga and cooking, activities that help her maintain a healthy work-life balance and fuel her creative spirit.
