Brendan Taylor, a native of North Vancouver, Canada, embarked on his academic journey by completing high school with a bilingual diploma in English and French. This exceptional foundation allowed him to pursue post-secondary education at The University of British Columbia, where he graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. During his time at the university, he had the privilege of spending a year on exchange in the vibrant city of Paris, France, broadening his cultural horizons.
After completing his degree, Brendan began his career in the film industry, starting with the set decoration department on the 2005 film The Wicker Man, starring the renowned actor Nicholas Cage. He then went on to work on a diverse range of projects, including features, series, TV movies, and short films, primarily shooting in Vancouver as a Set Dresser, Lead Dresser, and On-Set Dresser.
As he accumulated years of knowledge and experience behind the camera, Brendan made the bold decision to return to his first love - acting - in 2007. Since then, he has consistently worked in Film, TV, Commercials, and Theatre in Vancouver, Canada, showcasing his versatility as a performer. Notably, he has secured recurring roles on the popular TV series The Magicians, Supernatural, and the upcoming Netflix series Firefly Lane.
