Brynn Horrocks is a talented American actor who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry. Her impressive filmography includes Dummy (2020),BAB (2020),The Lords of Salem (2012),Apocalypse According to Doris (2011),and the cult classic Rock 'n' Roll High School Forever (1991).
Horrocks has received widespread recognition for her portrayal of Abigail Whitman, the fiercely cruel mother of Don Draper (Jon Hamm),in AMC's hit series Mad Men (2007). Additionally, she had a recurring role in the HBO mini-series Show Me a Hero (2015) alongside Catherine Keener and Alfred Molina.
Born and raised in rural Washington State, Horrocks spent her college summers honing her craft as a cast member of the Playmill Theater in West Yellowstone, Montana.
After completing her education, Horrocks packed her bags and headed to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. To make ends meet, she took on various jobs, including valet parking cars, selling snow skis, and even working as a weigh-station-girl at a gravel pit, all while continuing to audition for roles.
Her hard work and determination paid off when she landed the recurring role of Debbie Small on NBC's Hunter (1984).
