Carlos Knight, a native of Columbia, South Carolina, embarked on his acting journey at the esteemed Town Theater in his hometown. Prior to transitioning to television, Carlos honed his craft on stage, captivating audiences with his performances in plays such as Footloose and the Wiz. His early endeavors culminated in his first paying television role in 2006, when he played Tyrell Blake in ETV's Detective Bones and the South Carolina History Mystery.
Later that year, Carlos attended an industry convention in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was discovered by several talent agents. Following his recruitment, Carlos signed with an agent and relocated to Los Angeles. His subsequent appearance on the CBS series NUMB3RS, which aired in December 2006, marked a significant milestone in his burgeoning career.

Furthermore, he played the role of Henry Cole in the pilot episode of the critically acclaimed series Southland.
