Subsequently, Carol pursued a voice major at Wheaton College, further honing her craft.
As a talented performer, Carol made a name for herself in Chicago's theater scene, captivating audiences at the prestigious Goodman Theater. Her breakthrough roles came when she collaborated with Hollywood legends Paul Newman and Tom Cruise in The Color of Money (1986),as well as Tom Hanks and Jackie Gleason in Nothing in Common (1986). This marked the beginning of her successful transition to Hollywood.

She has received a recording contract for her singing and has provided numerous voice-overs for radio and television.
