Chris Flanders is a multifaceted individual, known for his extensive work in the entertainment industry, as well as his passion for music.
As an actor, Chris has made a name for himself with his recurring roles on Parenthood (2012-2014),Brothers and Sisters (2007-2010),and Grounded For Life (2000-2004). In addition to his numerous television appearances, Chris has also appeared in several films, including Escape from Polygamy (2013),Grand Central (2000),Coyote (1997),and L.A. Noire (2011),a groundbreaking video game.
Chris's musical talents are just as impressive, as he is the lead guitar player in the LA-based Hard Shine Blues Band.
Chris's journey in the performing arts began at the tender age of five, when he played one of the little pigs in a kindergarten production of The Big Bad Wolf in Kailua, Oahu. He didn't return to the stage until high school in Nebraska, but has been actively involved in the entertainment industry ever since.
Chris holds an MFA in Acting from the University of California at San Diego, where he not only honed his craft but also taught acting classes for three years. Throughout his career, Chris has performed in over 60 stage productions, successfully transitioning into film and television work. Today, Chris calls Los Angeles home, where he continues to pursue his passions in both acting and music.
